Hints That Pep Could Be EPL-Bound

Hints That Pep Could Be EPL-Bound
Default
There is loads of speculation surrounding the future of Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola – here are a few hints that could indicate that the Spaniard is on his way to the Premier League.
When Guardiola made the difficult decision to leave the Barcelona job in 2012, he left his announcement until the last few weeks of that particular season.
Doesn't that sound familiar?
According to reports in Germany, and from statements Bayern have made themselves, Guardiola will meet the club's board soon to discuss his plans. Even the Spaniard's agent has admitted to not knowing what the boss' final call will be.

He is believed to be an extremely private character, but the one thing he's made clear over the years is his love for the English game. Many of his former players, and people who've worked closely with him, are aware of his admiration for the Premier League, as revealed in Spanish football expert Guillem Balague's book, Pep Guardiola: Another Way of Winning.
Though many are of the opinion Guardiola could be in line for the Manchester City hot seat, it can't be ignored that he almost signed for Arsenal as a player, and that he is a big fan of what Sir Alex Ferguson achieved at Manchester United.
So Guardiola could very well be on his way to the Premier League next season, although he's yet to decide on his future.
The Spaniard may be tempted if City approach him for the job as he'll have the opportunity to take the Citizens and make them even more of a force in Europe, a competition they've struggled in so far.
Do you think Pep will join a club in the Premier League?
